When Refunds Are Granted
We only issue refunds if:
We Fail to Deliver: If Webbuddy cancels your project due to unforeseen issues, you’ll receive a full refund for undelivered work.
Pre-Launch Cancellation: If we terminate before starting (e.g., during discovery), you’re refunded within 7 business days.
No Refund Scenarios
Payments are non-refundable once:
Work begins (custom designs/content are non-transferable).
You delay feedback/content by 15+ days.
Third-party costs (domains, plugins) are incurred.
How to Request a Refund
Email aarav.webbuddy@gmail.com with:
Project name + invoice number.
Proof of cancellation from our side.
Processing time: 14 days (if approved).
